Hello everyone. It's MEDIA MAN again.I want to talk to you today about your energy level a d ways to increase it.It's a known fact that a great deal of Americans and people the world over for that matter are coffee consumers.While some drink it for the taste (I for one ,like the taste) there are many looking for a energy boost to help them to get started in the morning. Yes this works but you may soon find yourself looking for another shot .If you like your coffee sweet ,this may add to your temporary boost of energy but may cause one to crash.Hey ,I'm not trying to ruin it for you .I just believe there are other more healthier ways to start the day and boost our energy levels.OH YEAH BEFORE WE GET STARTED:(I AM NOT A EXPERT.WHAT I AM SHARING IS DUE TO MY RESEARCH AND READING.BEFORE INDULGING IN ANY WORKOUTS CHECK WITH A DOCTOR FIRST.)I often do deep breathing for ten to fifteen minutes in the morning and I like the effects. I feel great .Another way to get your energy up and create  better health is to start a running program .It can be just a few blocks or a quarter mile to start with.(its easier and more doable if you don't try and do too much in the beginning.For the creative types out there shadow boxing is also a great way to get the juices flowing.Well thats all for now. ok! so now the powers that be are using our tax dollars to buy traffic cameras in order to better manage the ticketing process. I,m all for any method that heps improve and better regulate traffic law.So while I see this as a pluss,( and I tend to keep a positive view of things ),this systeme as with all systemes has it,s flaws.The other day a person(lets call him ralph) recieved a hoard of tickets.That would be ok but his (ralph,s) car was stolen a month before .He made the report and therfor should not have to pay any tickets. when he(Ralph) reported this to the authorities they were very rude .When Ralph finally got some rithum he was told to bring a copy of the police report, in which he did.Ralph complied and ran into another brick wall(they now want the original copy). The only problem with that is that the policemen keeps the original copy.so I(we at brogden media) ask you are thes mistakes honest or what? Any how"BUMP THAT !!!!!"

what a let down. I was on the net and I came across this guy (Tim Durham).Tims worth over 75 million dollars.He buys under valued businesses and as a result he lives a very lavish life style .I admired the guy,I was impressed that he came so far considering his humble beginnings. All that stoped aof yesterday .I went online and what did I find? Tim was indicted fore fraud(over 200,000,000.00 dollars) GO FIGGER(BUMP THAT!!!)
