A Good Day In My Life

Hi everyone. Good day to you all. I woke up with much to do today. Plenty of things I want to acomplish. First on my agenda is to thank GOD for blessing me to see this day( I'm very thankfull).Next on the list is to find better working conditions,as in more money and better benefits.I'm currently looking into photography.I've had some very interesting finds. If they pan out I'll give you more info and keep you posted with a heads up. So please wish me well. If by chance you know of any good opertunities ,let me know.Its good to share.I'm allso in the market for a good digital camera.So if you have any good suggestions ,by all means let me know. The Love Of Community.

Hey guys, Whats up? I just love the Facebook community.We are a community and a very larg one at that.So fellow fans,friends and family ,if you belong to the Facebook community you should be happy and very proud. Some may ask why? My answer is ,because you are connected and you are a important part of something really great and big.By the way did you know that Facebook has upwards of 300,000,000 active members. This means that if we were a country .We would be somewhere near the top 20 largest in yhe world.How do you like those apples? Yeap. You made no mistake. I said one of the largest in the world.OK ,moving on here. Lets see.Oh Did you hear the news ? Some guy(in Maryland I think) was wearing a joker outfit and was really disgruntled about his employment situation.The powers that be later found a small arsonal of amonition and other things at his resident.All of this ,after the shooting of around 50 something people(I believe 12 was fatal).Man! Whats really going on Facebook? All I can say is please be carefull Facebook family. Yes I'm concerned .We all at BrogdenMedia are concerned.Concerned about what you might ask? Bromeco(BrogdenMedia co.) is concerned about you ofcourse. Why? Well thats easy .Bromeco's biggest reason for being is that we care.Yeap, thats it .We truely care about you the community member or should I say family member.At Bromeco you are more than just a client or customer. Hi poeple.Happy weekend. If you are into taking pictures than this post is for you.Just last week I purchased a new camera .It was a cheap but a vivitar none the less. Please if you plan to take pictures this summer go and get a good camera.The pictures on this cheap vivitar really suck big time. This is in no way to discount vivitar.I think that they are a very good company .They just need to stop selling the cheap(bargain) cameras.So if you are seriouse about your flicks go ahead and fork out a few more dollars .It will be worth it .The camera I purchased cost me 10.00 bucks and it looks like it.Go figure.Peace . why is America in debt?

America is in debt big time and I do mean big time(trillions of dollars). This did'nt happen over night. Oh no, it took some time to get to this point. Maybe the political ellite had a big part in our down fall.I think it falls more towards the world bankers. Oh, and if thats the case don't forget about the big businesses and tycoons. ENERGY

Hello everyone. It's MEDIA MAN again.I want to talk to you today about your energy level a d ways to increase it.It's a known fact that a great deal of Americans and people the world over for that matter are coffee consumers.While some drink it for the taste (I for one ,like the taste) there are many looking for a energy boost to help them to get started in the morning. Yes this works but you may soon find yourself looking for another shot .If you like your coffee sweet ,this may add to your temporary boost of energy but may cause one to crash.Hey ,I'm not trying to ruin it for you .I just believe there are other more healthier ways to start the day and boost our energy levels.OH YEAH BEFORE WE GET STARTED:(I AM NOT A EXPERT.WHAT I AM SHARING IS DUE TO MY RESEARCH AND READING.BEFORE INDULGING IN ANY WORKOUTS CHECK WITH A DOCTOR FIRST.)I often do deep breathing for ten to fifteen minutes in the morning and I like the effects. I feel great .Another way to get your energy up and create  better health is to start a running program .It can be just a few blocks or a quarter mile to start with.(its easier and more doable if you don't try and do too much in the beginning.For the creative types out there shadow boxing is also a great way to get the juices flowing.Well thats all for now.
